Thanh & Tony

May 14 - 15, 2026

We are beyond thrilled to be “officially” celebrating this chapter of our love story with those we hold near and dear to our hearts. Our love story would be incomplete without you all. After (re)searching far and wide, Da Nang, Vietnam captured our hearts (and stomachs) and we’re hoping to share the joy this place brings us.

There will be plenty of food, booze, and caffeine – all we need are your lovely faces, so do NOT procrastinate on those RSVPs.

P.S – This website will continue to be updated with more details as the planning continues.

- Thanh and Tony

Custom Fits in Hoi An

Hoi An, Vietnam

Sometimes know as the tailoring capital of Vietnam, if you’re looking for a wardrobe overhaul, this is the place!

A lot of tailors in Vietnam can turn things around within 1-2 days. A great place to get custom-tailored basic pieces, HOWEVER we would not recommend asking for a replica of a couture piece …

DO

Basket Boat on the River

Hoi An, Vietnam

A bit of a tourist trap yes, however if you’ve ever wanted to sit in a big basket as you’re floating down a river, this is the activity for you! Be warned that if you want to get spun around like in the Tik Tok videos, it will cost you extra money.

DO

Stroll thru Historical Hoi An

Located 30 minutes south of Danang, Hoi An is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with gorgeous historical buildings thats beautiful during the day and even more magical at night. During the day, it is lively with activities such as the iconic basket boats. As the sun sets, the lanterns turn on with the sidewalks and alleyways coming to life.

The Couple

Thanh & Tony

Like most modern-day love stories nowadays, it all began with a swipe up and a cheesy pick-up line (thx, Tinder).

Over sake and sushi, they bonded over work woes and childhood memories for their first date. Since that football Sunday, they became inseparable, raising a beautiful Olde English Bulldogge together and eating their way through NYC and NJ.

After a few years together filled with laughter, adventures, and memories, Tony proposed on the gorgeous but treacherous rocks of Milos, Greece.

And now, here’s to officially finally forever. #trantakesthenguyen

Bride Side

Tammy Tran

Maid of Honor / BEST SISTER

Growing up, Thanh got a front-row seat to all of Tammy’s bold fashion phases—some iconic, some… less so. These days, the tables have turned, and Thanh’s the one always asking Tammy for style advice and stealing her clothes. When they’re together, you can usually find them deep into a Law & Order: SVU marathon or on a financially responsible online window shopping spree, adding everything to the cart and buying absolutely nothing.

Cheng Dong

Bridesmaid / FAVE ROOMIE

Thanh’s oldest friendship began in the summer of 2012 at Virginia Tech, where they formed a lasting bond over experiences and being roommates in governor’s school—memories that include everything from dissecting cow stomachs to herding sheep. Over the years, their friendship has continued through life’s many chapters. These days, their conversations often drift between updates on their dog children, everyday life rants, and the woes and aches of passing 30.

Vivian Lee

Bridesmaid / SKINCARE EXTRAORDINAIRE

Vivian and Thanh first crossed paths during their days at the University of Richmond, spending countless hours awake and sleeping in the Gottwald (sciences building) while cramming for various exams. These days, you’ll likely find them deep in conversation about the latest sunscreen or sheet mask or treasure hunting at their holy trinity: T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods. Skincare secrets and good deals are their love languages.

Rebecca Nguyen

Bridesmaid / RESTAURANT PARTNER IN CRIME

The story begins when a shared love of noodles and bánh mì sparked an instant connection on the bus ride back to campus. From that moment on, their journey together has been full of flavor—quite literally! Whether it’s choosing what to eat or exploring new places, they’ve always embraced “say yes” mentality. No debate, no compromise—just love and plenty of leftovers (to the dismay and stress of their significant others).

Alison Paver

Bridesmaid / THANH’S FAVORITE SCORPIO

Making friends after graduation is no easy feat—but sometimes, the universe delivers. Thanh and Alison met at work, and thanks to some true star alignment, they’re still both in NJ. These days, you’ll find them at an Irish sports bar or at a sushi omakase (because balance), demanding your birth time before your name. If there’s astrology tea to unpack, a mystery to decode, or a chart to roast, they’re already on it

Other VIPs

Jiu Moon

Officiant

The maid of honor’s other half and the couple’s former roommate (which means he’s been family for a while now). With his great voice, a consistent love for Ketel One, and a talent for turning any moment into a good time, he’s the perfect person to officiate this wedding.

Leanne Nguyen

All-Important Ring Bearer

You can most likely find Leanne on the dance floor and or with a mic belting out some Rhianna! A true K-pop and music fanatic, she’s most likely to know any idol or songs by heart.
